As business leaders navigating the responsibilities of work, family, and life, we often found ourselves sacrificing precious time with our children, family, and friends in order to meet the growing demands of our careers.
We believed there had to be a better way.
What began as a personal commitment to creating more balance evolved into a mission to help others do the same. We recognized that many executives and business owners were facing the very same challenge — juggling professional success while struggling to find time for what matters most.
